Close to everything and the best weather in LA. Homelessness is an issue. But that seems to be a citywide issue. Love the community here. Farmers market brings everyone together, as well as the art walk. There is a nice 2 mile neighborhood area to safely walk dogs. Really family friendly and great for walks and biking.
Lots of places to eat nearby! Green sidewalks. A lot of people with dogs live here. There are plenty of green spaces around sidewalks and neighborhoods for dogs to go.
